Continuing Medical-Dental Education/Fishing Lodge Seminars
The Fish Doctor is pleased to announce the addition of several quality fishing lodges. Our goal is to provide quality Continuing Medical Education for the physician sportsman who wants to enjoy an outdoor adventure in any fishing lodge he or she chooses.

Our Continuing Medical-Dental Education courses are geared toward the active physician sportsman. Our course schedules take into account the routine daily activities of each physician at a world class fishing destination. Add a CME/CDE seminar to your next fishing vacation.

Specific course lecture content may change based on availability, however the medical topic will remain the same.

PLEASE NOTE: All courses have CME/CDE Category 1 Credits.

The Fish Doctor is currently working with several world class fishing lodges worldwide. These lodges provide our physician sportsman with a high quality outdoor experience. The Fish Doctor then adds a quality Continuing Medical-Dental Education program to these outtings. Every physician who wants to participate in a quality Continuing Medical-Dental Education along with an exciting outdoor adventure may use one of our suggested fishing lodges or use his own tried and true fishing guide or lodge. Our staff will work with each physician sportsman to provide a customized CME/CDE course schedule, depending on the fishing lodge activities. This way, every physician can choose his or her own worldwide fishing destination. The Fish Doctor will then provide the quality Continuing Medical-Dental Education program. Usually, ten CME/CDE credits are provided for 3-4 day courses. Twenty CME/CDE credits are provided for 5-7 day courses.

:: OUR PROCESS: In oder to take part in these packages, follow the steps below:

1. The physician sportsman chooses his own fishing lodge.
2. Complete the Course Request Information Registration Form.
3. Our staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your selected fishing destination and get in touch with your fishing lodge.
4. Complete registration and submit proper payment (personal checks are welcome).
5. Our staff will send all CME/CDE Course Materials to the physician fisherman 2 WEEKS before the start date.
6. Attend your CME/CDE meeting and complete all course work, evaluation forms, and testing documents.
7. Return ONLY evaluation and testing forms to The Fish Doctor.
8. Allow 6-8 weeks to receive your verification documents and credits from The Fish Doctor.

:: CME/CDE COURSES: These are self-directed audio CD format courses that may be taken anywhere, anytime, in any fishing environment you choose. No boring lecture hall is necessary for physicians to obtain these needed CME/CDE credits. We use the great outdoors as our forum.

:: MEDICAL TOPICS: Please view our list of many medical topics available for the physician fisherman to choose from. The physician may choose a 12, 18, or 24 credit course (click here to CME/CDE ONLY).

:: CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start date of the course, there is a 100% refund minus a $50 handling fee. No refund if there is a cancellation less than 30 days prior to start date.

:: ACCREDITATION: Oakstone Medical Publishing and the John's Hopkins University School of Medicine sponsor these courses for Category 1 CME credits. The CDE programs are accredited by the Academy of General Dentistry and the AACD and Oakstone Medical Publisher.
