Continuing Medical-Dental Education/Golf Resort Offerings
Please choose from our list of CME/CDE Golf packages. These package offerings fill fast, so please choose early and book as soon as possible. Feel free to contact our staff with any questions.
Specific course lecture content may change based on availability, however the medical topic will remain the same.
PLEASE NOTE: All courses have CME Category 1 Credits.
 The Golf Doctor is working with many Golf Resorts to provide the physician golfer with a high quality golf experience coupled with a Continuing Medical-Dental Education program. These packages are pay-one-price. The price includes the Continuing Medical-Dental Education program materials along with the cost of the golf package. The pay-one-price policy means the cost of the CME/CDE package and the cost of the golf package are paid directly to the Golf Doctor. Our staff will then forward the Resort thier money to cover the cost of the Golf Resort.
This pay-one-price program makes it easier and more convenient for the physician sportsman.
:: OUR PROCESS: In oder to take part in these packages, follow the steps below:
- Choose the package
- Complete the Course Request Information Registration Form.
- Our staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your selected golf package and get you the outfitter contact information.
- Complete registration and submit proper payment (personal checks are welcome).
- Our staff will send all CME/CDE Course Materials to the physician golfer 2 WEEKS before the start date.
- Attend your CME/CDE meeting and complete all course work, evaluation forms, and testing documents.
- Return ONLY evaluation and testing forms to The Golf Doctor.
- Allow 6-8 weeks to receive your verification documents and credits from The Golf Doctor.

:: ACCREDITATION: Oakstone Medical Publishing and the John's Hopkins University School of Medicine sponsor these courses for Category 1 CME credits. The CDE programs are accredited by the Academy of General Dentistry and the AACD and Oakstone Medical Publisher.
